Charged after service ended.

I canceled my service about a month ago but I was still charged a the yearly AdMob fee for the upcoming year. How do I get my money back? I canceled my Preapproved Payment through Paypal after the charge. I didn't know I had to do this to stop payments. I thought canceling my account would stop payments.

Forgot to say my app was called Vectips, of that helps at all.

My last consented payment was made in December after which I terminated due to lack of financial support, I emailed the admin and support people regarding the same and now, they have just charged me without even my username being active. My app was called The Hindu. My username was arjun@socialengineers.in
If this is not taken care of right away, I will launch a cyber crime case in India, Chennai jurisdiction. -
