Where do I upload splashscreen/app icon designs?

I managed to discover that app icons should be 57x57, but what is the optimal resolution for splashscreens? Where do you upload them? I don't see them under app design, only the header.
I haven't purchased a plan yet, I'm still getting things set up. -
Hi tpavich!
You are not required to upload creatives until you pay. Then the "Creatives" tab is enabled and you can upload app icon, splash screen and store banner there.
