Banner stretching on shift to landscape mode

I've been working on my app mock-up using the iPhone instant app and noticed that my banner stretches when I shift to landscape mode. I checked some other iSites apps and saw that the publishers have made the choice to remove the banner when going into landscape. Is that my only option or is this something that happens when the app is actually downloaded from an app "store"?

Hi Judy,
We actually do not have an option to manage the stretching of the banner.
Currently we do not have a solution for this but in our experience most consumers tend to view the apps in portrait mode.
