What are the creatives that will be needed. I would like to have them ready to go before I purchase the application.
I'm a really bad artists to I need to have someone prepare them for me ahead of time. -

Header- H: 44px and W: 320px
App icon- H:57px and W:57px
Splash Image- H:460px and W:320px
Store Banner- H:512px and W:512px
