Do I need to have Apple account before creating app? With "Pro" service, can you create it on behalf of us? If so, what kind of information do you need from us to do so?

Hi,
If you go with the "Pro" account we can submit the app for you under our account and we would not need anything from you.
If you want to sell your app in the app store, you will need your own developer account.
